1. Sales tax
Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

Orders shipped outside the EU but paid for with a card registered to an address within the EU are subject to VAT. This VAT will *not* be displayed in the shopping basket but will be added to the amount charged to your card.

2. Payment methods
All orders must be paid for by credit or UK debit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Eurocard & Switch. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

4. Response time to emails
We will endevour to respond to all customer email enquiries within one working day of reciept.
